Immersion into the Task and Product

This is the first step where we gather key information about your brand: business goals, target audience, and objectives.

We thoroughly study your product: its current market position, features, weaknesses, and advantages over competitors.

Stage 2
Analysis and Research
We audit the current brand and study the market, competitors, and target audience. This is the foundation for all subsequent decisions.

Market Analysis

We study the market — its landscape, what competitors are doing, what unique selling propositions (USPs) they offer, and their brand messaging, positioning, and values. If necessary, we conduct a detailed communication analysis and create a Censydiam (needs map).

Audience and Competitor Analysis

We explore what drives your target audience by conducting interviews and analyzing their behavior on your website and social media. We also look at trends and statistics, and build an empathy map. We analyze competitor companies and foreign market leaders.

JTBD (Jobs to be done)

At this stage, we study:

  • What tasks the customer is trying to solve with your product.
  • What other solutions people use for this task, including their pros and cons.
  • We formulate how your product solves problems better than competitors and what makes it unique.

This helps us accurately position the brand, improve its perception, and make its offer as relevant as possible for the target audience.

Marketing Forecast and Launch
